With this first Portimão MotorSports initiative, we will be introducing ourselves as a city with its arms wide open to welcome fans of motorsports and we are proud to be the city that is home to the Algarve International Circuit, which this year plays host to the two biggest races in the world of motorsports. We will be putting our best foot forward to welcome visitors and we will make a point of showing them who we are and what our greatest assets are: heritage, culture, and cuisine.

But, apart from the races, Portimão has lots more emotions to be experienced. From 16 to 25 October and from 13 to 22 November, we will be hosting a number of entertainment and city decoration events, inviting spectators to combine watching the races with a visit to our city.
